Auto Valet (R) Foam Wash - Stand Alone

The ideal pressure cleaner for Service Stations or single bay car washes.

Built to withstand the test of time our AutoValet (r) Foam Car Wash system has been manufactured from scatch at our Factory in Bayswater Victoria. Manufactured in Stainless Steel and assembled with high quality parts to ensure the long lasting operation of this machine.

The machine comes in HOT or COLD, coin operated or token operated.

The hot water version of this pressure washer requires 3 Phase Power.  For those without 3 Phase power then cold water would be the option.

The coin operation mechanism and token system allows one to set the time and value of the wash.  

The machine features an operation selection of OFF, PREWASH, FOAM WASH, PRESSURE WASH, RINSE AND WAX.  It comes with a non scratch hogs hairbrush for cleaning cars.

Auto Valet (R) Foam Wash In-Built

This model has been designed using the same system as the Auto Valet(r) Foam Wash Stand Alone, but done so that the system can be mounted in a plant room and have the control box for the unit on an outside wall, essentially keeping the machine out of the way.  Booms are then wall or ceiling mounted, running the hose through these to a drop point for easy operation.

This model can be used for single and multiple bay self serve car washes.

Specifications of the machines:

Coin or Token Operated - Electronic coin timer, fully adjustable with TIME REMAINING display

Pressure Pump - 1500PSI using triplex ceramic plungers – water consumption 9 L/min

Direct Drive Motor - 2.2kw (3HP) 415V 3 PHASE, 1450rpm

Pulsation Chemical Pump - Compressed air generating high density foam using mains water and detergent.

Connection and Site Requirements:

• Power 415v 3 phase 30 AMP supply (5 pin plug) - HOT WATER
• 240v 10amp single phase – COLD WATER
• Water – normal ½” water supply (water volume minimum 15 lpm)
• Air Compressed at 30 PSI min

• Twin swivel booms, one for a pressure spray gun, the other for the foam brush
• 2 x 5mtr hoses
• Gun with swivel lance 700mm S/S
• Non scratch brush and wand
• 1 x 5ltr wash
• 1 x 1ltr wax/polish

• Auto dosage unit
