Foam Wash Inbuilt

This model is designed for single and multiple bay car washes.  It is a compact foam wash unit mounted in a plant room, with a flush or wall mounted control box facing the wash bay(s). Stainless steel booms are mounted on the wall of the wash bay or in the roof of structure.

  • Pressure Pump – 1500psi using triplex ceramic plungers – water consumption 9 L/min
  • Belt driven motor – 2.2kw (3HP) 415V 3 PHASE, 1450rpm
  • Heater – Instantaneous electric heater used on HOT wash cycle only 17.5kW. Unique design developed by Jetblaster.  Elements sheathed with highly corrosion-resistant metal.  Water is only heated on the wash cycle, eliminating wasted heat, storage losses and heat up delay.
  • Pulsatron chemical pump for foam wash – Compressed air generated high density foam using mains pressure water and detergent.
  • Connection and Site requirements:
  • Power 415v 3 phase 50HZ 32 AMP supply (5 pin plug)
  • Water – normal ½” water supply (water volume minimum 15 lpm)
  • Air Compressed at 30 PSI min
  • Easy to understand operating instructions

  • High pressure steel braided hose with swivel coupling at hand wand.
  • Max temp. on HOT 40 to 45 degrees Celsius
